1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission, however Famous Nails & Beauty Academy reserves the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policies.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that all information provided is accurate.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the appointment being considered a no-show.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by cash or bank transfer.
All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
No refunds will be provided for completed services.
4. Health and Safety Requirements
Children are not permitted in the home salon for health and safety reasons.
Clients must complete any required consultation forms before their appointment as requested.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
If you feel unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.
5. Client Expectations
We expect all clients to treat our staff and premises with respect at all times.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling.
Please be patient during your treatment and follow any aftercare instructions provided.
6. Professional Standards
Famous Nails & Beauty Academy maintains high professional standards and expects the same courtesy from clients.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment if a client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully.
All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals in accordance with industry standards.
7. Liability and Disputes
While we take every care to provide safe and professional services, clients participate in treatments at their own risk.
Any concerns or complaints should be raised immediately during or after the appointment.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
